How to Choose the Right Bike

Choosing a Motorcycle Isn't Easy – But We're Here to Help

One of the most common questions we get at Moto Andro is: 'Which bike do you recommend?' The answer depends on several factors: your riding experience, the type of trip you're planning, the number of days you need the bike, and the category on your driving licence.

We've put together this guide to make your decision easier and to make sure you choose the vehicle that gives you the best possible experience – without any unnecessary stress on the road.

For Beginners and City Riding – Scooters up to 125cc

If you have no experience with motorcycles or plan to stay in Split and its surroundings, we recommend the Honda Vision 110 or Yamaha RayZr 125. They're light, easy to handle, economical and perfect for urban riding as well as short trips to beaches and local sights.

Holders of a category B (car) licence with more than 3 years of experience can ride a scooter up to 125cc in Croatia – check the exact conditions with our team before booking.

For Experienced Riders and Longer Journeys

The Piaggio Medley 200 and Yamaha Xmax 300 are excellent for riders who want more power and comfort without going full adventure. The Honda Forza 350 is ideal for longer coastal runs. The Honda NX 500 is a compact adventure option well-suited to the A2 licence category. For the full adventure experience: the Honda Transalp 750 or Yamaha Ténéré 700.

Every vehicle in the Moto Andro fleet is brand new and regularly serviced. Our team – real riders, not just rental staff – is always available for advice. Contact us at motoandro.com or on WhatsApp, describe your plan, and we'll find you the perfect match.
