A motorcycle or scooter can be picked up or returned at various locations with prior notice and agreement with the MOTO ANDRO company. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the user is obliged to return the rented vehicle exclusively to our office (address: Put Duja 16, Split - Croatia). (See the map).
Yes, feel free to leave your luggage with us at the company. The place is locked and under video surveillance, so you don’t have to worry.
You will receive a motorcycle/scooter with a full tank of petrol, and you must return it full. In case of lack of fuel, the difference of a full petrol tank is paid.
Following valid documents are required: passport or identity card and driver's license. Rental possible only with valid documents and original documents brought in person (not photographed) - various types of certificates, papers and photographs are not valid for renting a vehicle at Moto Andro.
It is permitted to cross the border of the Republic of Croatia, but it is necessary to announce this to an authorized person at the MOTO ANDRO company so we can be ready to help or react if the guest requests assistance. We will also be happy to help you or give you advice if you go outside the Republic of Croatia on which good places, restaurants, roads, beaches and attractions to visit.

We will be happy to help you choose the best routes according to your requirements and wishes. Our team is available for you 24 hours a day so that you can travel carefree. We will help you buy tickets for ferries if you desire to visit some of the islands, give you some tips for easy trips outside the borders of Croatia and much more.
It's always advisable to get additional insurance, so our advice is to take out travel insurance that includes the following: travel health insurance, private liability insurance, luggage insurance, cancellation or interruption insurance, passenger accident insurance and similar.
Before renting a vehicle with the MOTO ANDRO company, agree on free and unlimited kilometers and enjoy driving without strain and restrictions, because in that case the kilometers are unlimited.
Enjoy driving, sightseeing, and creating lifelong memories. Off-roading, racing, rampaging, reckless, fast and dangerous driving are strictly prohibited.
No driving experience is required, only a valid driver's license is required.
Delay in returning the vehicle is permitted in exceptional situations if MOTO ANDRO approves it (if this situation occurs, it is mandatory to notify us). Any other delay is prohibited and is penalized by charging another full day of rental (a rental day is 24 hours) according to the MOTO ANDRO public price list on the day of return.
Moto Andro will not leave its guests stranded, and in case of impossible conditions for safe driving during the duration of the rental and on the day the rental begins (natural disaster declared by the state), they will be refunded the full unpaid amount for the reservation. Bad and uncertain weather is a force majeure and we cannot influence it, so we will be understanding and act differently than in the case of a normal cancellation. Let's hope that it won't come to this and that the weather will be acceptable for driving, but we certainly don't need to immediately panic about a short summer shower that will cool us down nicely in the heat, after all, we're going on motorcycle adventures and not walking around the center. In the event of cancellation of the trip due to bad weather beyond anyone's control, Moto Andro is charged with any responsibilities and is not responsible for additional costs or losses suffered by the participant (for example, the cost of prepaid air tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
5 days (a day is counted as 24 hours) in advance free cancellation of the reservation, and in case of cancellation within 5 days, a deposit of 20% (non-refundable) that you paid for the reservation is taken. If you paid the full amount (100%) when booking, 20% of that amount is also taken (the other 80% is returned to the user) if you cancel within 5 days. In case of cancellation of the trip due to private reasons, Moto Andro bears no responsibility and is not responsible for additional costs or losses suffered by the participant (for example the cost of prepaid air tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
Vehicle rental can be paid in full online or at the official address of our office on the day of vehicle collection.
Prices are listed as a range (from-to) and are not fixed, as each rental is individual and subject to agreement. Rest assured knowing there are no hidden fees. The rental price includes 25% VAT, 100% secure payment by credit card or bank transfer.
Respect traffic regulations for the enjoyment and security of yourself and others around you, read and follow traffic signs and directions and be patient if there is a traffic jam. Traffic signs are the same everywhere without exceptions. On Croatian roads, you can often encounter the police and traffic cameras, so obey the law and rules and drive within the set limits.
