Yes, feel free to leave your luggage with us at the company. The place is locked and under video surveillance, so you don’t have to worry.
No, we do not offer one-way rentals. You can rent a motorcycle/scooter in Split and must return it to the same place at the end of the trip.
You will receive a motorcycle/scooter with a full tank of petrol, and you must return it full. In case of lack of fuel, the difference of a full petrol tank is paid.
From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (+2 GMT) every day, including Sundays and holidays, or according to a pre-arranged appointment, for which you need to send an email.
A helmet is mandatory by law in the EU and surrounding countries. We recommend wearing protective equipment, which is available for rent and can be viewed on our website or upon request in person.
Following valid documents are required: passport or identity card and driver's license.
It would be useful to give a rough description of the route you are planning to take so that he can give you some tips for the trip and recommend good restaurants and interesting places, but you can drive wherever you want without restrictions and without kilometer limitations.
The motorcycle can be picked up or left only at our office at Put Duja 16,Split. (See the map).

We will help you buy tickets for ferries if you desire to visit some of the islands, give you some tips for easy trips outside the borders of Croatia and much more.
It's always advisable to get additional insurance, so our advice is to take out travel insurance that includes the following: travel health insurance, private liability insurance, luggage insurance, cancellation or interruption insurance, passenger accident insurance and similar.

Enjoy driving, sightseeing, and creating lifelong memories. Off-roading, racing, rampaging, reckless, fast and dangerous driving are strictly prohibited.
No driving experience is required, only a valid driver's license is required.
A delay of up to 2 hours is tolerated, while a delay of more than 2 hours is charged as another day of renting the motorcycle you are renting.
Moto Andro will not leave its guests stranded, and in case of impossible conditions for safe driving during the duration of the rental and on the day the rental begins (natural disaster declared by the state), they will be refunded the full unpaid amount for the reservation. Bad and uncertain weather is a force majeure and we cannot influence it, so we will be understanding and act differently than in the case of a normal cancellation. Let's hope that it won't come to this and that the weather will be acceptable for driving, but we certainly don't need to immediately panic about a short summer shower that will cool us down nicely in the heat, after all, we're going on motorcycle adventures and not walking around the center. In the event of cancellation of the trip due to bad weather beyond anyone's control, Moto Andro is charged with any responsibilities and is not responsible for additional costs or losses suffered by the participant (for example, the cost of prepaid air tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
5 days (a day is counted as 24 hours) in advance free cancellation of the reservation, and in case of cancellation within 5 days, a deposit of 20% (non-refundable) that you paid for the reservation is taken. If you paid the full amount (100%) when booking, 20% of that amount is also taken (the other 80% is returned to the user) if you cancel within 5 days. In case of cancellation of the trip due to private reasons, Moto Andro bears no responsibility and is not responsible for additional costs or losses suffered by the participant (for example the cost of prepaid air tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
Vehicle rental can be paid in full online or at the official address of our office on the day of vehicle collection.
Rest assured knowing there are no hidden fees. The rental price includes 25% VAT, 100% secure payment by credit card or bank transfer.
Respect traffic regulations for the enjoyment and security of yourself and others around you, read and follow traffic signs and directions and be patient if there is a traffic jam. Traffic signs are the same everywhere without exceptions. On Croatian roads, you can often encounter the police and traffic cameras, so obey the law and rules and drive within the set limits.
